I’m Jesse Johnston. 

I’m running for Sheriff because this community deserves more—more integrity, more accountability, and leadership that truly serves the people. After decades in uniform, serving in combat, law enforcement, and emergency medical services, I’ve seen what strong leadership can achieve in the hardest moments—and the consequences when it falls short.

I will be a Sheriff who stands shoulder to shoulder with this community—visible, accessible, and leading from the front. I will defend our constitutional rights without hesitation, restore trust in this office, and hold it to the highest standard of honor and responsibility. This badge does not belong to an individual—it belongs to the people.

This campaign is about restoring pride in our county, demanding better from those in positions of power, and building a future our families can believe in.
